  I am a longtime TD Bank cardholder. Unfortunately the service provided at this specific location is terrible and has made me dread going to the bank anytime I need assistance. The people here really dont care about your experience they don't take customers seriously. If you have to go to a TD Bank for ANYTHING please dont go to this one. I wish I knew the name of the one guy who actually provided perfect customer service one time - just to give him credit for doing his job but unfortunately I don't and he was the only one there I've had a good experience with.

  This location has plummeted in the past few months. If it’s not an atm issue it’s maybe 1-2 tellers working and you’re waiting 15 minutes for a simple transaction!!! I HAAAATE coming here and so does my husband!

  As a regular customer I NEVER had any issues until this week I called the branch to inquire about transferring some $$$ to CD and was told by a teller that Ann was busy with a customer which is OK but needed to speak to Nellie since he told me a CD is considered an investment but I was clear this is not an investment but a simple CD After 3 days I never received a call back and tried to do this on line and than I have been on hold for 42 minutes today to get some answers! This is all UNNACEPTABLE and now believe TD BANK " THE WORLDS MOST INCONVENIENT AND ARROGANT BANK" You simply cant reach a human being!!!

  Horrible useless customer service. I randomly called to ask general question about wire transfer address. I got transferred 3 times just for someone to put me on hold for 20 min after hearing my question. I hanged ip after 20 min. It would take them 4 sec to answer but THEY DONT CARE about customers. 1 800 number is more of a joke. 30 min wait times. Who wants to bank here. Im moving all of my 4 accounts elsewhere where Im appreciated. Typical NY b.s.

  Rosalie, the branch manager is not at all helpful. I will not recommend this branch to any one.

  They change closing time with no exception on thrusday and Friday.... not right need to on a fix time.
