Customer service is solid, only reason for the 3 stars is because the way the window and ATM are set up, is absolutely ridiculous. It's so horrible, if you need to use ATM, you wait forever for the car at the window to finish up because there is not enough room for someone to be at the window AND at the ATM at the same time 🤦‍♀️

Branch manager Deborah was very friendly and knowledgeable. My TCF account was recently transferred to Huntington. She had the answer to every little question I had and was very helpful. Much better service than my previous bank
