  I chose a different mortgager lender on Nov. 24th. E mortgage calls everyday wanting to give their quote. I told them NO for the past 7 days. They call in on a different phone number each time. I block each number. The Federal trade commission will be my next call.

  I want to give a shout out to Christopher Thomas at eMortgage Funding LLC for all of his help and professionalism through our recent refinance. This was our first refinance and we had multiple of questions. Chris was able to guide us in the right direction for the product that would work for our situation. He was outstanding throughout everything - it almost seemed like he answered all of our questions within minutes of sending the email. The entire process - from the first time I contacted him to our close a few days ago - took just under three weeks (it honestly would have been sooner if I didn't forget to send over a few things!). If you are in need of someone in Tennessee or the few other states he works in, I highly recommend him! Thanks Chris!

  Chris is well-informed, professional, patient, and responsive. He knows the mortgage lending process and works incredibly hard to make sure you understand your options and feel comfortable with every step along the way. He was extremely honest and candid with us throughout the process and took the time to answer every single one of our many questions.   remortgage Funding LLC was excellent to work with in refinancing our home. All the required forms and information were easily submitted for the completion of the application. An excellent locked in rate was offered which is saving us almost $400 in principal and interest monthly payments. Rose and David kept us updated regularly regarding the closing date so we could schedule it with no conflicts. I highly recommend eMortgage Funding LLC for your mortgage needs.

  Chris was an exceptional mortgage broker to work with, especially for first time homebuyers. He was fast to respond and always made himself available (24/7) to answer the several questions we had through the process. This was an overall extremely smooth and educational experience for us. Chris also got us a lower rate and closing costs vs several other agents we were speaking with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a honest, helpful and savvy mortgage broker to do business with.

  This is regarding the Christopher Nolan Thomas: I was working on getting my dream home for my son's first birthday. I was told I had successfully secured the loan by Christopher based on all my documents/details I submitted. I asked for reassured hundreds of times, and he said he higher ups already looked through everything and that I was good. I just needed to complete the home inspection, home insurance, EMD (which I did). When the time came to order the appraisal, nothing. Tried reaching out for clarity/updates, nothing. His communication closer to closing was extremely unprofessional. My agent then tried to get a hold of him to do his job and that was like pulling teeth. Everything ended up to be lies that he fed me. I wasted a lot of money and energy working with him. I lost my dream house because of him. Such a traumatic experience! Also please note before anyone responses, I have receipt of a lot of these conversations. I have no problem sharing!
