  7/29/2021, I deposited a check into Huntington bank in Ferndale. I learn the check was past dated and the bank made a mistake by depositing it. ( Banks fault, they were to return dated check to me). I was unaware the bank would keep the check and not allow me to write void on the back and return to IRS. ( IRS told me to write void on the back and return the check). It's been almost a year later and Huntington bank is still holding the check. And will not return it to me, so I can return it to the IRS. I've been told they will now put in a complaint. What's going on at that branch? People be careful. To be continued...

  Slow. There were two tellers and one line. They didn't mention it to me when I went inside. So assuming there are two lines I went behind the person who didn't have a long line in front of him. When it was "my turn" the lady then told me there was only one line. They annoyed me to high hell.

  Worst Huntington branch on the planet. The ATM ate my money & it should have been resolved in 30 minutes but took several days to fix. Brad was extremely difficult to work with and hung up on me as well. He claimed it was an issue with my phone. I then tested my phone with two other calls & it worked perfectly.

  Best bank ever love the staff they are so helpful and I never have any problems with fees or annoying things like that. They are so friendly they made me like going to the bank.

  Every time I go to this branch it's as if I'm visiting friends. The manager is top notch. While visiting my friends as I say because they are friendly, helpful and want satisfied customers. I notice any customer service and find if she can't excuses don't matter customers. I've worked retail pharmacy for many years 32 to be exact, now disabled. I'll continue to patronize and reward great c.s.
