  I have business accounts and personal accounts. Moved from Toledo to Monroe and had the unfortunate experience of this branch. Too busy for sensing a simple wire transfer. Banker can't take time to communicate. Teller that sent me to another branch for me was pleasant.

  The branch in Franklin Ohio is horribly slow. I will go 50 miles out of my way to a different location from now on.

  The wait in this branch is always long and drawn out and I had a car loan with this bank and set up automatic payments with them and I called a week before it was supposed to come out and so they said they had stopped it but they hadn't and they were rude as hell to me on the phone

  I have never had a problem with this bank I don't understand why you guys are so rude if you don't have any money either don't spend so much or go to school to get a higher paying career
