  I enjoyed working with Jim at Union Savings Bank for many years with the loans. Jim has always been the best loan officer to help me answer all my questions and get me the best rate available at the time. I will continue to work with Jim for any future transactions.   Have done business with USB on three different occasions and with each situation have set up what we needed with Jim and then sat back while he takes care of it.   Do not recommend , my son had Covid which caused me to miss out on work for two weeks along with just having a baby I had some over draft fees. They offered to only take care of one 30 dollar fee in this time of struggle for a lot of people. So I called a sister branch and she offered to wave them all but since my account is through franklin and Patty has to make the final call where I opened my account and she said no. Patty is a terrible person and I will be changing banks ASAP!! Just sad to see banks loving to make money off people who are struggling.

  I was referred to Mr. Jim Wendel at USB from a friend. I called and asked him about refinancing and a few things I wanted to do. He took my info. He got back with me right away and said we can did it. He needed just a few more things from me. The refinancing process was easy and quick. I would absoluty refer anyone to call and talk to Jim and see what he can do for you!

  Don't know about the other guy but I had a easy time getting a loan. Hands down the best interest rate for my home loan. I don't normally rate and give reviews. But no one does when they have a good experience. And one bad experience shouldn't be the only review on this credit unions Google reviews.

  The "WORST" Union Savings bank around, the older lady who's a teller there has the rudest attitude and is a very prejudging character. I do a lot of business thru that bank bc one of my clients has an account there and I have used a few different branches thru out the greater Cincinnati area and every one with the exception of this one has been a lovely experience. I wouldn't care if I was working right next door, I would travel out of my way yo visit another branch. Don't get me wrong, Union Savings Bank as a whole, is a great customer driven institution, but, if u can, avoid the Franklin branch at all costs.

  This people are liers and crooks . They will take your money and never give you a loan. They also took my parents money when they applied for a loan. Waste of time and money. Do not try to get a loan from this company. I had perfect credit and work history. They took 6 months to say we still need more info. Wow. What a joke.
