Attempted to do a legal name change (after marriage) and the branch manager refused (despite having ALL legal documents in my possession and available) She said "only a banker can change your name"... I knew this wasn't true, I wasn't asking for a mortgage, personal loan, auto loan, etc. Just basic customer service. Took time away from work, so I lost time, and money to be told a lie. And now I don't trust ANY of these people with my money. Bye Huntington, I'm sure you won't miss me, but hopefully someone who is looking for a bank and reads this will NOT choose Huntington, at the very least we should expect people that have access to our accounts be honest.
