  We have been banking with Huntington for 2 years. We are moving out of state and still plan to keep Huntington as our primary Bank. Mattew the Branch manager was absolutely amazing helping us with paperwork we needed notarized. He is one of the reasons we are keeping this bank.

  Best bank ever! They are always welcoming and seem like they really look out for my best interests. Much better than my former bank who pushed me to talk with their ATM inside their lobby (to replace tellers). Also, they seem to want to know me and what's important. So thank you for not calling me while I'm eating dinner. I'd rather not choke on my steak while you try to sell me a loan that I don't need and didn't ask you to call me about.

  The hunington bank has been around in the Ohio area for quite some time and they want to continue to support the families of Ohio with Love and Support.   I drove past the busy bank on my way to the Verizon store.. next door. It's quite a great time with many people entering the building as well as others using the drive thru

  so I lost my debit card, called and for additional fee I could get express replacement. Now a week later, I am waiting for my code to arrive. If I asked and payed extra for replacement should my code numbers arrive express as well. ????? waiting and the lobby is closed

  This is the perfect bank for you if you're interested in a legalese and red tape! Truly need a different direction in leadership. We left them after 15 years because they just can't get paperwork right. - Very happy with the friendly and excellent service at Charter One.

  Hours listed are wrong. Had to drive all the way to the other side of town to go to another branch.

  No customer service! I called 6 different branches and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. All of them go to automatic voicemail which is a joke! Don't bother leaving a message because no one will call you back.
