  Since I am not from the Fremont Area, I was expecting my visit to be slower than usual while the tellers find my information and all that jazz. I was pleasantly surprised to see how fast my teller, Carol, was about getting my checks deposited. She was very professional and greeted me and the person behind me in a polite and helpful manner, and asked if there was anything else she needed to help me with.

  The Fremont branch is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. The employees either have no idea what they are doing or they have a snotty attitude because they don't know what there doing. Huntington is not a bad bank, but I will never go to Fremonts again. I went to Fostorias branch and they were able to actually do there jobs and do them correctly.

  As a business, we have been very happy with the local Huntington bank in Fremont. They supplied us with a token generator that generates a unique number which has to be input anytime we want to make an online payment. This extra security layer is very appreciated.

  I called Huntington Bank to find out why my payoff with the loan didn't completely pay off the loan. The title agency working with me called Huntington the day the payoff was delivered and payed the amount specified by Huntington. Two days later, the Title Agency and myself were informed the payoff was low and also because of that I also had to pay a penalty. I was told I had three days to make up the difference. I called the bank to make arrangements to pay it off and was told I couldn't do it because I had to order another payoff first and since I didn't have on-line banking with them, I would have to wait for it to be mailed to me. When I called to find out what was going on, I first had to listen to an automated machine, then had to be transferred three times before I got someone who could tell me I could not pay it off, even though I was told I had only three days to do so. Huntington said they could not accept a final payment without and order for payoff first. This was on Friday. I was informed of the situation by the title agency Thursday afternoon just before 5:00 pm and the banks close at 5:00 pm. Remember, two days prior the title agency had confirmation the amount was correct. They made the payment and two days later it is NOT correct and I have all this to deal with. Sounds almost like a scam to bilk more money out of anyone trying to pay off their loan early. Now Friday and have gotten nowhere yet. To anyone who may have other options, please take my advise and look elsewhere. You won't regret it.

  Giving 5 stars because everyone at this branch have always been very good to me and have gone above and beyond to help me. My complaint is the fact that I cannot call the bank speak to a human and ask a question.

  Hi, I left Croghan Bank to go to Huntington for my business. Huntington got us all setup in no time at all. Truthfully I'm overly satisfied with the service. The tellers are a little slow, but the branch manager David and Kristen are amazing with getting stuff done effiecntly. I would recommend any business to do business with Huntington Vs Croghan.   Just got set up at huntington a few months ago and it has been nothing but a hassle. They gave me all the wrong info while setting up my account, the regional manager was on the phone with me at the last visit i had and continued to tell the bank manager as well that she was wrong and still had an attitude. Taylor opened the account originally but was very rude as i closed the other account they made me open after false information. I have been trying to get ahold of their corporate office for help and after multiple attempts no call back. Very unprofessional bank and employees. The only employee who was great and gave me the right information was anthony. Will be looking for a new bank soon.

  Everyone is extremely polite here! No one at any back greets you the way Huntington Bank does! I am highly satisfied the precession that they have to offer to there customers!

  Huntington likes to put “officer holds” on accounts which pretty much means no access to that account. And then not tell why the account is on a hold to begin with. DO NOT BANK HERE!
