  I attempted to use the atm here and it malfunctioned and wouldn't return my card. I called the next day and was told it would take several business days to get my card back. I spoke with a branch representative named Sheena who was very rude and dismissive with me and made no attempt at being courteous or compassionate.

  I Stopped in to make my car payment and the blonde woman behind the counter made me feel like a burden because she had to take extra steps. (I don't bank at 5/3 because of their ridiculous fees). She dismissed me and handed me off too another teller. I signed up for auto pay so hopefully next month I won't have to deal with her.

  New to the area and decided to use 5/3 as my new bank. And Lordy I’m not sure about them at all. $2 for a money order at my own bank is just ridiculous!!! My card was lost or stolen and I called for a replacement to be sent on the 21st Of April and it’s the 4th of May and I still haven’t received anything!!!!

  Deposited a Mobile check first time on aug 29 and found out later I won’t receive it till sept 10. Contacted my company to see why the check wouldn’t go through my company said it’s showing as cash. Contacted bank and asked why it’s taking so long for me to get my money but yet it’s been cashed and they had no further information to tell me. So I guess they sit on your money for no reason and make you wait for an over extense amount of time to receive it. Talked to 3 different people and none of them showed compassion. I also asked before I opened the account if i use the mobile banking was was the cashing policy and was replied I’ll get it the next day. So believe me I will pulling my money out and never using them again.

  Blonde lady at the counter on this Saturday was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Normally have great customer service but this lady ruined it for us.

  I have banked here for years and had nothing but really great experiences. Cashiers are exceptional as is the bank manager.
