  This bank is not reliable at all. Every time I need to use the atm it’s either full or doing an update. I would highly recommend using another bank. I left Huntington 6 months ago just to get transferred back to Huntington. I will be closing my account tomorrow and will take my money to a bank that’s more reliable and can fit my needs of being able to deposit my money when ever I so please. Seems funny to think a bank doesn’t want my money.

  This location used to be a TCF Bank, which had far better services. I used to be able to deposit cash into the ATM, at any time of the day. Now I have to use the tellers and poorly designed drive through lanes to make any banking action, and they close the bank at random times because of staff shortages. I also don't have the ability to do my errands in the 9am-5pm window they are open through the week, as that is when most people work. TCF was better. I will be looking for a credit union.

  I've been nervous to have to deal with a new bank since they switched over, but they were so helpful to me today at this location and all that worry went away. Thank you!
