  I have been a member of the Parda Credit Union since 1985 and the service and attention I receive from the colleagues at the Ypsilanti branch is nothing short of stellar. They make all of my banking activities incredibly easy. I have financed all of my car loans through Parda not only because of the great rates, but because of the outstanding service I get from the staff. They take care of everything quickly and efficiently. I recently opened a small business account with them and they have been extremely accommodating. The staff get to know the members and it feels more like you are dealing with friends as opposed to a large financial institution. Don't overlook the products and services that they provide. The rates on savings and loans are very competitive. They also offer financial planning. Can't say enough good things about this place!

  The team at the branch in Ypsilanti is unparalleled in their customer service exceptionalism. I have had a phenomenal experience with every single one of them. Heather has been a godsend to me and my family over the years with getting our finances in order and educating us on banking options through Parda. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. Love this team and couldn't recommend them more.

  I’ve been a PARDA member for many years and every time I go in or need help with anything I am always given the best service! Walking in and them already knowing my name, pulling up my account without needing information and chatting about updates in life they have all made me feel like family. Recently I applied for a personal loan and Lisa saw that I had an incredibly high interest rate on my car loan, she wanted to look into getting me a better rate. She not only cut my interest rate in half, but worked hard at making sure we were able to make it happen. I didn’t think with my credit that I could get my car refinanced at this point, but Lisa made it happen and my car will actually be paid off way sooner. PARDA is amazing and Lisa is amazing!!!

  Since 2013, I have always enjoyed not only being a PARDA member but also having such great conversations with all PARDA associates. Additionally, whenever I have an issue, they always answer my calls and emails. Everyone at PARDA cares about their members and will do anything to help. Just today, I noticed a transaction from last year no longer applicable to me, so I called to ask for the charge to be removed. Although the transaction was from last year, they were able to send the paperwork and solve the issue within 10 minutes. I highly recommend anyone considering a new bank to become a member of PARDA!

  Danyele Gunjak enabled me to obtain a long distance Parda auto loan from Albuquerque. The loan was for the buyout of a lease on our 2019 Ford Edge. Danyele informed me of all of the information requirements to provide Parda over the internet: VIN, registration, Reference, Insurance to Parda as lien holder, Account #, and contact information with Ford to amount and where to send check. When I failed to designate my wife as co-titleholder, Danyele immediately sent recomendation to work with the seller to change the paperwork. The loan process went smoothly because of Danyele's precision and timely actions. Perfect! chris bigge

  My husband and I have been banking with Parda for about 15 years now, and I'm still as impressed with them as I was on day 1. Lisa, Danyele, and Heather are undoubtedly the most professional and warm people I've ever met.   I have been a PARDA customer for many years and I have been asked why I don't change to a bank and the reason is simple...over the years I have worked with the same people at the Ypsilanti PARDA branch and each and every time they are a pleasure to work with and go out of their way to support their customers. Just today I called in a panic and was able to speak with Heather. She not only calmed me down but she took care of my request just as quickly! Thank you Heather and everyone at PARDA, you are amazing!
