  I asked to have my $20 bill exchanged for 1 $10 bill and two $5 bills and I was told I needed to provide a photo ID. I don't believe the money laundering act is meant for this type of transaction. I will be closing my accounts with you now!

  I called a couple of times to see if they could cash my payroll check and open an account. Both calls I waited more than 5 minutes to speak with someone. One other time they actually hung up on me.

  They are very slow there and seem to be short staffed. Don't go in unless you plan on spending 15 to 20 minutes waiting in line. Make sure if you are getting and type of money back to count it because i have been short changed there by $12

  The inside office was closed due to all of the bankers being sick. Ann told me to go to another branch. Extremely condescending.

  Horrible customer service, I waited 15 minutes for the banker and they had no customers at all with them, and I got tired and left and as I was in my car ready to leave the banker followed me and asked if he can help me, I wanted to run him over but I just left, never going back their.

  This place was quick, Anyone complaining about them being slow should go to the location on Cleveland Ave in Northern Lights Shopping center.....
