  Thank you to Heartland Bank for their guidance and support throughout the PPP processes. The team at Health Bank was always professional, no matter who I spoke with. While I sensed their team was learning about the PPP program like I was learning, they would always follow up if they did not have an immediate answer to one of my questions. Each person was very professional, but more importantly they seemed genuinely interested in helping me with our small business. Outstanding customer experience! Truly appreciated.

  Withdrew money from this bank's ATM using a Money Pass debit card, one of the $20 bills was damaged. Chase bank nor any store I go to will accept it. I brought it back here and they refused to do anything about it even though I brought the card I withdrew the bill with.

Per our policy, we cannot exchange the bill without proof of use of our ATM. Unfortunately, since you are not a client of Heartland Bank, there is no way for us to identify the use of our ATM through your card. If you are able to bring the receipt or a statement from your account showing that our ATM location was used to withdrawal the cash, we’d be happy to exchange the bill.
