  I am SO glad that I made the switch from chase bank to Huntington. I was with Chase for 9 years, and was becoming very unhappy with them. Switching to Huntington was the best. They staff at this branch are amazing, very quick to get in and out and customer service is also very easy to work with.

  Customer service is seriously lacking. The bank tellers are ALWAYS so slow and unfriendly. They walk slowly to get what you/they need, take their time filling out what they need to, and don't often count out your cash to you when you make a withdrawal. If you don't mind if it takes 10 minutes to make a deposit or withdrawal, this is the place for you. It is just too bad the Huntington at 25 Mile & Shelby Rd closed - at least the employees there knew how to treat a customer.

  I've been there quite a few times on Saturday's and I felt the tellers were extremely friendly. I never noticed them being slow.
