Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I was the only car there. Another car pulled up, and was helped immediately. I let the teller know I had been sitting there waiting to be helped and it was another 10 minutes before my transaction was even started. Will be taking business elsewhere as this is not the first time this has happened. Unprofessional. Take your money somewhere where you will be respected and appreciated.
