  Their staff are uneducated and unable to explain how to properly handle deposits. They have given me the run around for a month and finally I find out that I'm unable to deposit it. Waste of space honestly and atrocious at explaining policies and procedures. I've been thru three tellers, all of whom told me different information. Save your money with another establishment.

  Called to talk about a charge on my account and the woman was very rude and blunt and told me not worry about it if it's pending. I have bank with huntington for along time. She said if it's still on there after tommorow then it's a problem. Didn't even offer to help me or look at my account. Won't deal with dover again.

  It's a Shame: I totally understand the Covid-19 Pandemic I have to in order to run a business- getting into this bank to run our business is like pulling teeth. I've never felt so unwelcome or unwanted by a branch like this one. I realize many people cannot enter the building at the same time but really only 2 people at a time? This building is huge. We call like they ask give our change amounts (which are large) plus tell them we would like to make deposits as well.....(calling at 9:45) the Lady teller states there is someone coming in about 10/15 minutes from now and ask if we could come an hour and a half later....come on, really are you the only person there?? We wont be using this bank for anything anymore that's for sure. Again I totally understand what's happening around the globe but really people, thank for almost make it easier???? Rant over....

  Rob was so helpful today. He fixed the problem I was having without any hiccups and went above and beyond by helping me fix the problem on my phone which was keeping me from being able to use the Huntington app. Fantastic service 👏

  Huntington bank has always been great. I have been to so many locations and they are all awesome. It's has that small town bank feel.

  Terrible bank to attempt to do business with under any circumstances. Branch manager is a greasy snake.
