  William Burke is awesome! Stuck to his word, kept me informed and got a bogus $900 charge returned to me. The staff in general is awesome though. If you need an alternative branch with good service, downtown Noblesville is good. The rest I would avoid.

  Always good customer service. They always seem to remember details about my last visit, just from seeing me walk in (even when it's weeks apart). Quick to fix any issues I've had.

  Our first experience was unpleasant because we had to wait more than 30 minutes to open a new checking account, we were told to step into an office after one of their employees told us to wait in her office but waited and waited. We left empty handed. You would think it’s important to secure and prioritize new customers.
