      This bank used to have the best customer service. I don't know what happened but anymore this location is terrible. I've been waiting in the drivethru at the window for over 10 minutes. Hit call teller....no response. Finally come to window and and say well we have a full lobby. Well u also have a 2 row line at the drive thru. Get some good help....these recent tellers are awful .

      Will just change stuff on you and not tell you. It's not my job to get information from you but urs to get it to me. I use the Huntington app once a week. Why not inform me there u pieces....

      There are three people at the counter but only one is helping people. This happens when I'm here and there is always a line to the door because the are very slow.
