  Ericka was so wonderful during our home loaning process. As new home owners, we had many questions and she was, without a doubt, the most informative person we spoke to along any avenue while trying to understand new terminology and concepts during the entire process. When there were inconsistencies, she was quick to have them corrected or explain to us situation. She has incredible customer service and we were very satisfied with Fairway and Ericka. Would highly recommend. (Plus, she’s a good human)

  Ericka was an incredible loan officer to work with, answered all my questions when I refinanced and quickly / effectively helped me with refinancing my condo! Very grateful for her & would absolutely recommend. I will absolutely use her again if needed!

  I am a Realtor and recently had the chance to work with Ericka together to get a wonderful family into a new home. So while I was not directly Ericka's customer, I did work closely with her. Unlike many lenders, absolutely zero issues came up throughout the transaction. Ericka was always very responsive to myself and to our shared clients.
