  I purchased my Jeep with Bob Corritore's help and I absolutely loved my entire experience with him! From the moment I shook his hand, I knew he was going to be my go to guy from here on out when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! He had all of my trust from the start and made everything effortless! Thank you so much for everything, Bob! As far as the Collision Center at Humes goes, they doing AMAZING work! Troy always makes sure my vehicle is in perfect condition when it leaves the lot no matter what it looked like entering their bodyshop bays! The other day, I took my Jeep in to have mud flaps put on and when I picked it up, I realized that they went the extra mile on my vehicle and it was cleaned inside and out!   I have always dreaded shopping for a new car. Recently, it was that time again. Checking the newspaper ads and looking at car lots when no one was around didn't get me any answers about what to buy, just more questions. I finally ventured out, planning my route to several dealerships. Some were helpful, some were not. Hocus pocus numbers out of nowhere, chicken scratch on a piece of paper and "let me run this past my manager"dodn't make my day any easier. Then I stopped at Humes Jeep and spoke with Eric Campbell. He answered my questions, added valuable information, let me test drive the Jeep Compass that was in my price range on less than ideal (more realistic) roads and wrote up a quote. Everything was transparent. The discounts and incentives were explained to me and the price was the best offer yet. Then Eric told me that I might be able to move up to a Cherokee for less money because there were more discounts for that model. He was right. A bigger, better Jeep with more features at a lower price. I'll take it! Best car buying experience ever! I will recommend Eric Campbell and Humes Jeep to anyone, including friends and family.   I will have to say that it is true about the service department, that they try not to do any warranty claims and put full responsibility on the customer. For example, my tail light, the LED's magically burn out and they are not suppose to...they wanted me to pay $600 to replace the whole assembly. I also have front end alignment issues with my Dart. But this is besides the point....This is why I chose 5 stars... My car is a Dodge and what can you expect, not a very sturdy vehicle. However, Humes, has been the best in new car sales service experience I have ever dealt with. I bought several cars from Champion and left there unsure of myself and confused; not at Humes. Bob Corritore has made a new car buying experience so easy and painless. Bob, thank you for your dedicated service and making Humes easy to do business with.

  When we are in need of a good used car they are very helpful & not pushy. We could look at our pleasure, but they were available if we had any questions. Found my favorite car I've ever driven there.

  Just took my RAM in for an oil change. In and out in just over s 1/2 hour. I wish they would reset the oil life monitor. I had to do it myself 2 of the last three times. I did it myself easy enough but I shouldn't have to.
