  We were in desperate need of a second car before ours died and my fiance was looking into a few different cars. Bobby Lewis pointed him in the right direction right to the car he has always wanted! We were able to find his car and get it the same Day! We were in and out rather quickly! Next time we are in need of a car or know anyone that is we will be going and sending others here! Everyone is extremely nice as well!

  Woke up in the morning with a flat tire hunter and the service team got it repaired quickly and I wasn’t late for school!!! Love these guys!!

  I contacted Natalie when I realized our mini van wouldn't pass an inspection and needed way to much work to help in the road. She knew that we had 2 small children and needed something reliable and affordable. And bit did she not disappoint. She got is into way more vehicle than I though we would get and at the Price point that we could afford. If you are in need of a vehicle, go see Natalie. One of the only honest car sales people I know that isn't afraid to say she won't sell you a car because it's not going to fit your needs. Very pleased.

  I told them what I needed and that’s just what I got! Heather was great she went above and beyond for me. I really appreciated her, she was sincere and understanding.   My sales woman Nathalie was very patient wh me trying out different vehicles, very knowledgeable about what vehicles had the features I was interested in, was truly interested in what I wanted and what i wanted to purchase and made my buying a vehicle truly an exceptional experience as I had a semi bad experience before wh last sales person about purchasing a used vehicle before. But stayed wh Auto express as me and my family never experienced that before and have purchased many vehicles from this dealer (*this person is no longer there*). Never a Kia, but the safety ratings and features I have read recently truly sparked my interest to purchase a Kia and give it a try. And am truly happy wh the Kia Sportage I have purchased and am truly happy wh being paired up wh such a knowledgeable representative from Auto Express that truly knew everything Kia's in all models had to offer me and paired me up wh the right vehicle for me, my children, furbabies, & understood all my concerns with living in the snow belt of Northwestern PA. Nathalie is truly an asset to Auto Express and selling the Kia's along with many other vehicles and was a pleasure to work with such an awesome knowledgeable sales woman and would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to her. She really knows her stuff and was truly interested in pairing me up with the vehicle that was right for me and would make me happy. Very happy customer with my purchase and I definitely owe it to Nathalie, her knowledge, interest In me, interest in what I wanted wh making a 100% satisfactory purchase.   I actually like Jamestown Kia's customer service depending on who you get on the phone.... The problem is that any service there takes FOREVER no matter what you get done... I just don't have the time. Happy with service, Kia Advantage, personnel, etc. That WAIT tho!!! More manpower needs to cover mechanic during lunch/breaks etc.

  I was a little hesitant to go car shopping. When we went to Auto Express Kia we were approached by Natalie. She made our car shopping experience a pleasure. Natalie help us find the car we were looking for. There wasn't any pressure and she answered all our questions, explaining all the cars functions in detail and walked us through the whole car buying experience. Most important, staying within our budget. Heather in the financing Department worked to find the best rates and explained all our warranties in detail. It was overall a great experience and we were excited when driving away in our brand new Kia Sportage!
