Brad Clancy5Spoke with Patty and Scott today about a direct deposit issue that my employer caused. Unfortunately I had to hang up en expectedly with Scott (sorry buddy, it was me not you), but Patty was very helpful. A few hours later, Hughes has found the problem (caused by the employer) and fixed it, and Patty followed up to let me know. Thank you Patty and Scott!

Matt Bone1Very poor customer service by the department heads. Be aware they will close your existing Credit Card if you do not agree to have your credit pulled when the CC comes to the renewal date. I have been a customer for two years with solid banking record and they pulled a fast one on me. I had all my vehicle loans, direct deposit (which is not small change) and major credit card. Never again Hughes Federal credit Union. I do not need such a scruple less Financial Institution.

Paul Bond1"An hour and a half is normal" to complete a sale of a car. This is after buyer was pre approved. I, the seller, am required to just sit and wait in the lobby.

kassandra Real5Love this location they are far by the best Tracy is great at her job she will go above and beyond to do her best to help you. My vehicle had been total unfortunately I was so stressed I was almost done paying off my vehicle and this all happened I went in to the bank very nervous trying to see about getting help with getting into another vehicle Tracy made my day when she told me I was approved so thankful

Misty Rodriguez5I have been with them for a few years, I have a car loan and a personal loan. I have never been able to get a loan (with exception of home loan) at my other bank WF (been with for 25 years). They have great customer service and friendly employees.

Kenneth Farnsworth3They get the job done, but a bit slowly. The wait in the bank to talk to someone is usually 30 min or so. Transactions don't register on the web site predictably. The web site took a while to get 2 factor authentication right.
