This company was the holder of a mortgage on my mothers house before her death. We don’t know know all of the information regarding the mortgage, but this company foreclosed on this home and when we were trying to get information to get the house out of foreclosure, we could get no information about it at all. Tax wise, we were told the house was, “in the hands of the bank,” and the numbers we called say they are not affiliated with this institution, even though paper work we have say they are, “group members!” We have been dealing with the fiasco for 10 years. Now the house is scheduled for demolition at any time now, we have people calling and emailing us Dailey about buying the house, all of a sudden, the heirs are the owners. If I could give it a “zero,” I would!
