Hoyne Savings Bank Reviews

Gordon Gekko1Most of the staff are rude/disinterested. The woman who claims to be the branch manager ("Kathy") is foul mouthed toward customers and was overheard claiming to one customer (older man) "We don't need your business". That must be some new management plan that has escaped all the management textbooks - be rude and condescending to your customers in a service based business. Several of the long time staff are really helpful and nice - but they seem to be leaving. Of course, if I had to work for the foul mouth, bad attitude branch manager, I'd probably quit/retire too. I miss the old days of the prior ownership - it has really gone down hill in the last year.
Response from the ownerDear Mr. Gekko: We are sorry to read your post. We researched our records and do not find any direct relationship with the Bank. We have long valued the relationships we have with our customers. We consistently strive to not only meet, but exceed, customer expectations. We share that same philosophy you put forth about service-based businesses. We also ensure that any customer issues and concerns are properly rectified. While we do not claim perfection, our long history and lengthy customer relationships throughout the organization are indicative of the premium we place on customer service. We would be happy to have someone from our Team private message you (or call or e-mail) to further review your comments. Hoyne Customer Service

Tyler M1They need a whole parking lot for a bank that rarely has more than a few cars in it. But then threaten to tow if your in their empty lot. What a joke.

Alan Bednarz1I didn't think banks like this existed. Talk about old fashioned, out of touch with reality. They do not offer online banking. Thought every bank needed to offer that to be customer focused. Maybe they feel that they don't need to as their clientele is 80 + years, but their children are starting to handle their finances(like me) and they probably don't live nearby. Maybe something to re-think? I'm going to suggest changing banks to mom.
