  Unfortunately, I can't comment on the realtor side of HH, I tried several times to call and get a call back and had issues with their automated system, so gave up and went with a different realty company. I did however use them to secure a mortgage and thought Jan was great as their mortgage/loan officer. She was super quick to get back to me and answer any questions throughout the process. I did "shop around" and many loan officers answered questions with "I'm the best at what I do" rather than answering my questions, so for Jan to take the time to go through and explain everything made me feel much better! She was honest - I had a few questions she couldn't answer right away and verified information and gave me a call or email back. She also followed up on some questions I had that the title company dealt with, which was great - I felt like she was invested in me and did whatever she could to help me buy my home. Thanks Jan!

  Michael Bomboris and his team made our home buying experience just wonderful! If we ever move again we will be calling him. He is quick to answer his phone and will text back and forth with info and help talk things out. Ladies this is one guy who will listen to all concerns and come up with solutions. He really wanted us to be happy! I just cannot say enough about this group of people. He did his homework and if he did not know the answer to something he would get right back to us. A very compassionate guy with the heart to serve you well!

  The entire team at Howard Hanna was great to work with. Despite the challenging time with COVID-19 they were able to make the process as smooth as possible. Denise was great at explaining the details, she answered all my questions and I know put in a lot of work to get everything to work out like it did. She went above and beyond. Carrie was a great realtor. She also went above and beyond to help get my offer in and negotiated with the sellers. She was always prompt in her replies. I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint about Carrie. As if this isn't enough, Erin and Cameron saved me a bunch of money on my insurance, and even ended up with cheaper car insurance as an added bonus!

  This is a wonderful real estate office. The agents are full time and very educated and ready to service all of your real estate needs. I would recommend the Howard Hanna Wosster office to anyone looking to buy and or sell real estate!

  The first time home buying experience should be time of nervous excitemet but nobody should have deal with a buch of treacherous liers loan agent denise promised we had the loan 2 days before calling us an telling us we were denied the loan do yourself a favor an use this office an it's services provided ONLY AT LAST RESORT!
