  Brandon and his team are extremely knowledgeable, have their clients' interests as a top priority, and are in no way pushy or greedy like mortgage people are at the major banks. They made home buying a breeze and very understandable. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  The process with PRMI was very easy. They were clear on what they needed, and almost everything was done online, so we only to make a couple of trips in. Brandon was extremely friendly, understanding and straight to the point. He went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. A++!!!

  Highly recommend PRMI for your refinancing. Working with Tim and the entire staff went very smoothly. The majority of the work was done online through their customer portal which was easy to use. They were very quick and professional in answering any questions we had. It was a great experience!!

  I was really worried about the process when I decided to purchase the house but Tammy made it so easy by explaining all the options for financing. As I went through steps that were necessary to get the house, she kept me up to date on everything that I needed to do, and I knew that if there was something I didn't understand I could get the answer with just a text. I am so thankful that Tammy and Primary Residential Mortgage were there to help me get my home in the town where I wanted to live and with the least amount of worry.

  Had a realtor recommend them, I called in on a Monday did my application over the phone with Jennifer, because I was told to ask for Brandon but apparently Brandon was out that day. I knew I just took a hit on my credit and needed to fix a few things so she told me Brandon would be looking over my application and get back to me tomorrow. Well no call for a week, I called in an spoke to Jennifer she told me she was sorry and would call me back with some answers in one hour....lol well here it's been another week so two weeks total no call from anyone, apparently they are not trying to help me and don't want me business. Im so mad I let them run my application and even give them a chance, worst experience with a company in a long time.

  Amber, it seems that we have some lines crossed here. On friday August 3rd, according to our phone records, Timothy Foor reached out to you on the phone number you provided. Unfortunately, your voicemail was not set up and he was unable to leave a message. He called later in that same day and was also unable to leave a message then. Brandon is currently on vacation and has been away these past few days so that is why tim is reaching out. He is covering for Brandon in his absence. We would love to review your file with you, Tim is prepped for that. We just have had no way to leave a message over the past week when we have called.   Very professional staff. Brandon was my loan officer very prompt service, was able to close on h ouse ion 3 weeks from start to finish. Was kept up to date through out the whole process.
