  Our review is from working with Natalie Hess. Natalie was the seller’s agent for a home we wanted. We were desperate to get out of a yucky rental and had all of our ducks in a row, which couldn’t be said for the brother-sister nightmare agent/ broker we had. I messaged Natalie after it fell apart and in spite of the pool of drama we were leaving, she volunteered to step in as our buyer’s agent. Natalie is a perfect blend of great at her job, kindness, honesty, accountability and efficiency and I have no words that seem enough to cover how grateful we are to her. Anyone who utilizes her competencies is a lucky person.

  After vacating a leased home I was told they would switch over the DTE from my name on the 1st. They did not until the 9th and I got the bill for those extra 9 days. After much stressful emailing and voicemails unanswered, they do not care at all. Have shown no effort to even listen to me. Dont trust these people.

  They'll call you at 9am EVERY DAY. Do not trust these people.

  I have been a rental tannant for almost 7 years on my current property and many years before that on others. Only recently had problems with them getting my water bill to me. Finally got them all at once and I think they expected payment on many of them at once...sorry don't have that kind of money. Maintenance person Mike is amazing and always takes care of things.

  Didn't care for my buyers agent. The agent didn't seem to care about my business. Wouldn't answer emails timely (during business hours), mislead me in some ways on topics I had zero experience with (was a first time, single, home buyer. I would have expected an agent to help educate a buyer as much as possible). I would not recommend this branch if you're looking to buy.

  Worst home management ever! As a tenant through Howard Hannah I have never talked to my realtor no matter how many times I call and leave messages. Just recently they sent someone to fix my drippy sink and they broke it worse and left it. Now it leaks underneath and is causeing water damage to the floor. They refuse to change our payment day on the portal to the correct day on our contract and so much more.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Rudy Acuna from Howard Hanna's Ann Arbor office and I'm very excited to be writing this from our new home. Rudy on more than one occasion has said relationships and friendships mean much more than simply making a commission and I have no doubt in his words. If you're looking for someone to help you, guide, you and look out for you I would have ZERO hesitation in recommending Rudy Acuna to anyone and everyone. He is personable (definitely a plus when you spend quite some time on the phone and going to showings with) thoughtful, honest, and overall just amazing. I'm happy to say that we gained an amazing friend in this process that can be stressful and a little agonizing. Thanks to him, it was almost stress-free and even a bit fun! Also, another Howard Hanna member should also receive some kudos and that would be Josie Alot from the financial team. She was a rockstar for us too. All in all, Howard Hanna and the staff we had the pleasure of working with definitely get a glowing recommendation from me.

  Poor service to the owner of the home, tenants messed our home up badly and little to nothing was done for us. The property manager didn't even realize the property had not been cleaned. We discovered it after a 2500 mile trip to visit our property, and he knew we were coming! Would never trust my home to this company again.
