They need to move the sign that says "ATM closed" closer to the front. That way people can see it and not waste their time driving thru the drive thru. The other thing is the person in the front of the building should know where there is another LTCU or where there are different Credit Unions in the area. I don't know is not a proper answer for people who don't live in Ann Arbor and aren't members of that particular credit union.

I like my bank overall but this location has one very nasty teller. She refused to put a check in my bank one time just because she had never seen the bank. It caused my account to have an insufficient funds charge, which she is lucky I got reversed. I was under the impression tellers have a machine to check whether a check is good or not, as I have seen them use it at this location. This same teller made me late for work by taking 35 minutes to make a debit card when usually it takes five minutes. She was also very snarky when I told her I lost my card. Life happens lady. She just doesn't need a job dealing with customers because she clearly doesn't know how to handle them.

They are super helpful and friendly and they have doggie treats for our puppies . Love this bank as they are very personable. However I do miss the hot coffee in the lobby ~ hopefully life changes and that will change soon . Thank you all for your hard work and kindness.

horrible credit union. I've had over $600 scammed or taken on my debit card 5 times now. Each time Lake Trust has been unwilling to help. I gave the 1/5 stars cause I had to give at least one.

Tryed to open a account today (4/6/16) and waited a few minutes until a guy came over asking how to help and told him, a woman then came in and said she wanted refinance mortgage or something. Waited another 20 minutes or so and a woman walked past and started helping the mortgage woman out. Waited to see if she'd talk to me but nope walked by again.now there was 1 woman seemed manager helping a couple and 3 or 4 behind the teller counter. So i informed the guy i talked to that i was leaving and the assumed manager asked me if i needed help and told her no that they seem like they had bigger fish to fry, wished her a good day. I really went in to get a car loan but kinda pissed since i left work early to go. Worst customer service ive had in a while.

Lake Trust is the most disorganized bank on earth. Avoid them at all costs. They failed to apply my loan payment to my loan. I got a late notice. I called and asked them to apply the money from my account to the loan. Money that had been in the account for the payment for two weeks. Then, I get another late notice. I call them and they tell me that I refused to allow them to transfer the payment when I called. Really? Then why did I call you? They then wanted to argue with me instead of applying my payment yet again. I called back and the person I was speaking with hung up on me cause I yelled at him. Well, if you are that stupid, you should expect to be yelled at. So I had to call back and an intelligent person actually helped me and transferred my payment. I hope.

Dan Valley set up a vehicle loan on our 6 year old Chevy Traverse. Who knew that you could take out a loan on a paid off vehicle? The loan closing went smooth and it was fast and easy. Thanks Dan, Andy

The lady from India doesn't know what she's doing. Takes too long. I'm saying this because my son and I both have found her irritating. I don't want her to wait on me.
