  I just bought my first house with Allison Dubovsky. She was an amazing agent and I am very happy with the home I bought. This house was actually the 4th offer I put in because of the market moving so quickly and aggressively. No matter what Allison never made me feel like I was a strain or bothering her since we had to be very fast when it came to seeing homes. She was always energetic and optimistic, more-so then me at a certain point, lol. She got me a great assist from the seller for repairs and the home came semi furnished with all of the items being gently used and in new condition. I would definitely recommend Allison to help you find your next home in the Philadelphia area.

  Chad and the Houwzer team were fantastic to work with. As first time home buyers, my fiance and I were clueless about how to proceed. Chad guided us along the way and gave us the information we needed so that we could decide what was best for us. Chad was responsive and supportive during all hours of the day. We truly felt he had our best interests in mind. Houwzer and their salary paid Realtors are a no brainer!

  This was our first home purchase and found our realtor Jason Mathews kinds out of the blue. Hands down best realtor. Our schedule is hectic and he was able to manage/ schedule and work around us. Answered all questions and never gave up. The Houwzer team is great found step 1 to the end. A shout out to Casey Hansen for helping us with the mortage process. He was knowledgable, explained everything throughly and has great taste in cupcakes I would recommend working with this company especially if it's your first home!

  After hearing about Houwzer on the radio we had to at least give them a shot. Full service agents for half the price couldn't be more true. From the beginning to the end, Trish and the Houwzer team we're on top of everything. It's nice knowing that there is a team behind the agent you talk to and deal with on a daily basis. The professional photography made our house stand out from the rest. We sold our house in 4 days and above asking price. Who wouldn't be thrilled at that story? I honestly can't think of one thing that went wrong with the process. We liked them so much that our mother will be using them to sell her house in Nov and she is a retired real estate agent. I don't know if a higher compliment then to trust someone else with the process, even though you can do it yourself. Thanks Houwzer team, The Kline's (Orlando bound baby!)

  Our home selling experience was smooth, fast and efficient. We have bought and sold over 5 homes over the years. With the help of Houwzer and specifically our Realtor Howard Smith, our listing sold in hours and was painless! He helped us choose a competitive price while achieving the highest profit possible. With His recommendations on "staging" , video and pictures of our home we had multiple offers the day it was listed. And, our selling price was the highest in the neighborhood.   My agent was Scott Hicks and I would definitely recommend him to friends. He helped us get exactly what we wanted out of a house, within our tight time frame. Overall I really feel like you can trust the agents at Houwzer to give you unbiased advice since they are salaried. A bonus for Scott in particular was his background in construction, which allowed him to point out things that you would normally not hear until the house inspection.

  I contacted Houwzer being fully aware of the value of my condo unit. . I live in a building of mixed units, where each one has a different layout, and different upgrades. Looking on a piece of paper in now way should he refuse my pricing, when I was under what some have sold for in the past. I have bought and sold many real estate properties in the past, and know how to price a home. I was put in touch with a realtor, who first of all said he would get back to me later. He was in no hurry to call me back. I informed him I was selecting a realtor by weeks end. He lives not far, maybe a few blocks and said he went to the comps and based on those I wanted too much for my home. I just had spent over 20K on upgrading it, and the comps he saw, had old kitchens etc. They did not have an end unit, and he told me he would not take the listing. It absolutely was not too high. I believe because they are discount brokers he did not want to take it unless I priced it low so he got paid fast. Rude and simply goes to show you get what you pay for...

  In the current day and age, it’s hard to justify paying realtor fees on the sale of your home. I listed with Houwzer and my home sold in a week and I saved a lot of money. I also used Houwzer to buy my subsequent home. They use separate realtors for buying and selling and I found both realtors to be knowledgeable and responsive.
