  I used Dan to refinance my home. He and his entire team were great to work with, they gave me the best rate and terms available. The whole process was seamless, after my initial phone conversation with Dan I hardly had to do anything his team handled everything. The only work needed by me was about 15 minutes to sign the closing documents. I highly recommend Dan for any financing needs.

  Dan and his team at Guaranteed Rate worked seamlessly to help us close on a tight timeline. From the first contact, Dan provided helpful ideas, alternatives and support. And even after we submitted the paperwork, he stayed in contact, taking calls into the evening when we had questions. I honestly felt like he was our personal banker- we felt like the whole team actually cared about getting us into our new home. The process is easy, the information was clearly shared and each member of the team helped us navigate any issues we had. Kristen was particularly amazing with a some last minute paperwork. We have purchased and refinanced a number of homes, but Dan made the process as painless and quick as possible. I would recommend him 100% - and I’m not impressed easily.

  It was so fast & easy! I made my first call to Dan a month ago, and I was signing the paperwork for my new (and much lower) interest rate yesterday. All month was almost entirely quick uploads of documents and e-signing. I was a real novice when I called, but I was patiently walked through the entire process. Anytime I had a question, I could call or email and expect a thorough and quick response. They made what I thought was a daunting procedure really simple. I'm very pleased with my experience.
