  When I first opened my account which I no longer have, the member service rep put in the wrong information such as my phone number and address. I could never get to talk to anyone over the phone and their bank hours are not available on Saturday. It has nothing to do with covid. They are just a bunch of lazy folk.

  My card never works, even w/the chip reader. After hours: Automated call line is helpful. Open hours: Call the branch & wait 20-30 mins for a voicemail: To leave your name & number. Call automated line & busy signal only. Can never access my info using app or website. It’s frustrating to not access my $$ at an ATM, b/c machine can’t verify my card. Card rejected at Walgreens, H-E-B, & Murphy Gas station. It’s 2019 & the technology they use is below par.

  Incompetent, rude thieving scum. Made a payment ahead of schedule, but on the due date, took out another payment, and refused to refund my money. These reverse bank robbers were very rude on the phone, hung up on me, and used a racial slur.

  I understand everybody is a little ify selling with this covid, but to have someone standing outside in 90 plus degree heat after they've set on the phone for over an hour to get an appointment is ridiculous and very unprofessional. If your that afraid of getting this virus you should close down permanently!

  The web site said the holiday might change the hours of operations. It should of that they are CLOSED ! Friday and Saturday for the holiday. I wasted my time going to the branch on Tidwell. Come on y'all need to do better with notification.

  I have been a member for 20 plus years I have never been SO disappointed to be charged $3.00 a sheet for copies of savings account 😡statement

  I've been calling both locations since 10am this morning. It is now 3:05pm and I cant get anyone on the phone. I sit on the phone for 15 plus minutes just to get an recording that states I am the first caller in the the que and then it just hangs up. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have never banked with a credit union where I had an issue getting a live representative on the line.

  I called the HMFCU Promise Branch for help with login in to my account. Perla from this branch was so helpful, and she stayed on the phone with me until I was able to login. She had a lot of patience and never sounded irritated. I am so happy with the costumer service I received from her today!
