  I've never been able to log into my account after repeatedly requesting assistance. I have never received a statement via electronically or snail mail, to advise balance on account. Once the account is paid off I will never ever do business with them again.

  I was happy with their services until today. I get live checks and told them no one is at the office due to the social distance. They are still calling after they made a note on it and the are calling people to ask for me as-well. They called every day. They should be understanding of the situation that is going for everyone. I won’t recommend this place to no one.

  I don’t know why others are making bad comments but I can ASSURE YOU THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I highly recommend this place for your financial needs! Ms Tina Castillo, Mgr is AWESOME! Just ask to speak to her and discuss your financial issues reference your credit. She will surely work with you especially if you’re paid items that don’t reflect your credit report. Give them a try and ask for Miss Tina her work ethics and customer services are A1!
