  .. i purchase a car and with in 5 days it broke down. i took it to the Volkswagen dealership and had diagnostics ran on the car .. it was a list of things wrong. I brought it back and they fixed it but it broke again within a week.. after another week of back and forth conversations i spoke with a manager or the owner and told me to come and and i could pick Out another car.. i can in and Oday help me with getting another car. So they were good with rectifying the situation... so the only complaint i would have is that it takes for ever to sign the contract so don’t come expecting to be in and out... other than that I’m satisfied with everything else .

  They are a rip off. They have played me constantly over and over again. I have not received paperwork and my car is already in the shop with them and it had not been fixed yet, and it's been there for almost a week. If you want to deal with liars and broke down cars this will be a good option.

  I spoke to Wayne over the phone over a month ago and told him I would get in contact with him soon. Over the weekend I called to speak to him and was redirected 3 times, finally I asked to speak to someone else is reference to doing an application. A guy named Juan came onto the line and was in a hurry and sent me the application. I did the application and heard absolutely nothing from anyone for the whole day. I grew tired of waiting and called back 30 minutes before close and he wasn't able to tell me anything. I asked him not to any further with my application. Fast forward to Tuesday, Wayne called back and got me to send him some more info and I did, he said he would call later on that day to let me know whats going on. Guess what, I had to call him back and he never answered nor called me back. I'm glad he didn't because from the REAL reviews other people experienced this same ordeal!

  Miguel showed us exactly what we wanted in a used vehicle. After allowing us to bring a third party mechanic in, we made the purchase completely hastle free. Definitely recommend for anyone on the market

  These scammers lied and lied and did everythingto get us approved! When Wayne the finance manager called us to give us "heads up"on an interview from finance company, telling us to Lie about the application, that's when we knew business has ended! If they Lie about jobs and income to their own lender, imagine what they are going to say when car breaks down! We took it back within 10 days, they denied the refunds on down payment! I offered to pay for mileage that wasput on the vehicle! Channel 13 news, better business bureau, and 'lawyers will be confronting them! A start has just begun!9k was the down payment! They are thieves and money hungry!
