  As usually I love this bank, the personal service speaks volumes and goes a long way. It feels good to know the tellers and bank manager knows your name especially when you have a high volume account. Thanks Sabrina she is fabulous.

  Member center manager is racist & they went out to my truck to see if my wife was inside. They told me I forged a signature on a check which was false. Took that same check to chase and they deposited into my account. I will be closing all my accounts with them.

  I have the best experience when I go into Houston federal Credit Union, Those employees in there are so very kind, and considerate and I just love the Teller Ms. Sabria, she’s the best of the best and caring. I am so Thankful, I got to meet these employees at the credit union and especially Ms. Sabria. I haven’t been anywhere since I have been in Texas and received the excellent customer service that I have received from Ms. Sabria. I want her to get the highest award given, Thanks, Kim Conley

  The entire experience was phenomenal! Excellent customer service, happy people with good vibes. Even the security guard greets us each time with a friendly smile! Would definitely recommend this location! Cynthia is great to work with!

  I’ve heard great things and obviously they have a ton of happy customers but my experience was super disappointing. I called many times and left voicemails and then when I finally got ahold of someone else they took down the wrong information. So my application was denied based on that wrong information and then the person never called me back. So I ran my credit for nothing.

  There is a definite lack of diversity at this bank. The bank staff exhibit subtle prejudice making doing business here uncomfortable.
