  Cheapest parts in detroit metro , there wasent a time I called and they didn’t have what I wanted , they have a range of so much vehicles . I got this headlight for a 2021 ram when no one has these parts writhin a 3000 mile range

  Usually can’t stand used auto parts stores due to customer service but the guys at House of Auto Parts exceeded my expectations. Ask for Sal or Al, great guys

  Bought a starter the two holes for the screws one was broke and when I brought it back and set it on the counter water was leaking out of the starter they asked me had I dropped the starter when that's how they sold it to me(super shady) It was covered in oil grime so it's not a fresh break

  Hi, Im sorry that you had an issue with one of our parts, can you give me a little more info on this, what kind of vehicle it was for and when it was purchased. Our parts are stored inside on the shelf, not sure why it would have water in it. They are also inspected and tested before they are put in stock, we check and mark the parts before they are given to the customer, not sure how a damaged starter got past the salesman. All of our starters come with a warranty, you can bring it back anytime and get a full refund.   Excellent customer service! They were very quick and courteous. Most products are onsite. Every question was answered completely, honestly and directly. Prices were considerably less than the competition. I will definitely use House of Auto Parts again and highly recommend them.
