  I have known and worked with Steve throughout my 25 year career as an escrow officer. I recently had the pleasure of closing another transaction with him and his staff. Steve consistently delivers on his promises. The transactions were he is involved as the lender, always close in a timely and efficient manner. It's rare that we have loan approval and loan documents signed and ready to fund two weeks before the actual close of escrow date. I was able to close the escrow with no time restraints and with no extra stress for all parties involved.
