  Steve at Asset Alliance was helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking, and trustworthy throughout the loan process. I felt that he was honest and transparent, looking out for my best interest, had a personal feel (not "corporate like"), and was willing to do whatever it took to get the work done in the very short time we had, working off-hours etc. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a loan broker and wants quality service.

  This was the first home my husband and I brought. Steve was helpful, patient with the millions of questions I had, explained what each item meant, when it was due and what the fee was. By the time, we closed I was extremely knowledgeable on the home buying process and that is because of Steve's thorough guidance.   Fastest close ever. We have renovated 37 homes, and multiple transactions in addition to those, in the past few years and have never closed a deal this fast. Steve was able to produce loan documents for signature 8 days after opening escrow. I have known him for a long time, and know that this speed did not come from lack of attention. He maintained his "anal-retentive" eye and protected his borrower. :)
