  This is a great yoga studio. They treated me very nice as a visitor and the staff was super helpful. @Emily De Labry was the instructor for the session and very good and patient.

  My wish is for everyone to experience Hot on Bank Mystic! The view is stunning and the yoga is for everybody. A full schedule with different offerings and caring, knowledgeable teachers- do yourself a favor and check it out!!

  Hot on Bank has the BEST community! I always feel so welcomed and included here. With all the different teachers and styles of yoga offered, there is definitely a class for everyone - from beginners to experienced yogis. Highly recommended giving them a try! (And they have showers too which is a huge plus!!)

  Cutest space with beautiful views. Parking is so accessible! Hot on bank mystic, though newly opened is filled with love and community. If you’re not sure about yoga, but have been curious, this studio is worth a visit.

  Absolutely beautiful space. We were in town for the weekend and found this absolute treasure off the beaten path. We had a wonderful, thoughtful, considerate, and knowledgeable teacher. We'll definitely be back.
