      Jimmi Schrader at the Overland location in Boise totally rocks! He is the magic maker! We purchased 2 new vehicles in a weeks time and he made it sooo easy and painless. He was very attentive and helped us know and find the best deals and the best loan terms. This was the easiest experience obtaining a loan we have ever had! We will be customers for life with Horizon. We are old ICON customers and have been very pleased with the transition. My daughter even has a car loan here! Will be coming back to Mr. Schrader for future banking needs! Thank you and your team! 🤗 We also want to thank Joey at the Ten Mile branch for helping in the process! 😊You all rock!

      We were originally with Icon Credit Union. We loved Icon and felt it was a great fit for our growing family. As soon as Horizon bought out Icon, it all went down hill. My checking account and debit card numbers has been hacked multiple times. I've had to had my card replace 4 times in the span of a year and a half. I find pending charges constantly from random place or random charges for 0.08 cents. It's so incredibly frustrating. Not to mention, it's difficult to get a hold of anyone for help. Either someone doesn't know what's going on or you play telephone tag with the branch managers or different departments. Everything get's lost in translation. Unfortunately, to feel our financial well being is secure, we've moved to a different banking institution. I'm so disappointed in the changes Horizon has made to Icon. It doesn't feel anywhere near the same as it did before.

      Absolutely a wonderful place, when I walk in they greet me with a smile and they know my name, I refinanced my Jeep through this CU and it has been an amazing experience, I love this Credit Union.

      Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT do business here. There’s Only one number to call and no one ever answers. It was a Horrible transition to Horizon Credit Union. I’m currently waiting on hold for over 30 minutes about a car loan that’s been paid in full and yet I’m notified it’s past due—makes no sense. The only reason I still have an account here is from having a Boise US employee Credit Union from the 90’s and it was one of the best banks ever. The switch to Icon was mediocre and not personable at all, but having the account for so long I didn’t want to close it and then this new switch to horizon just confirms I need to let this CU go. I was willing to give change a chance, but this customer service is absolutely horrendous and I can’t keep allowing this credit Union to cause unnecessary stress.

      This establishment is so bad! We have tried to cancel our account after they bought our account from ICon. There charging us all kinds of fees to get off there account base. Going to have to take them to task to get away! Please don't get hooked up with them your credit will be in jeopardy!

      I have had very negative experience trying to get a loan from Icon! I all way get a loan other place at good interest rates! I have good income good credit score ! I been in boise since 1985! I feel like there a bad business!

      The place is the most incredible business I know of. The employees bend over backwards & they go above & beyond their job description to ensure your taken care of. I can't begin to tell you how many times they have help ed me. This place is a must place to conduct your banking needs, simply INCREDIBLE! Ask for Bernadette when you go in, she is wonderful!! I wished more businesses took as much pride in what they do & show as much appreciation for their customers as they do!

      horrible service. Don't expect to call your local bank. 800 number just puts you on hold for an hour. Will be closing all accounts with this bank. Wasn't that good as Icon but now even worse with Horizon.

      Last week I paid a visit to the ICON Branch located off of Orchard Street in Boise. I had been having a terrible day and I was in a hurry when I came in. Bernadette Reisbeck was very friendly and helpful. She showed genuine compassion for my situation and helped me quickly resolve the matter. I have had some very poor service in my past with banks in general, and I have to say that never have I come across a Manager who was as genuine and sincere as Bernadette Reisbeck is. I am very fortunate that she was there that day to help me. #icononorchardstreet#topnotchcustomerservice

      Worst Customer Care. If i had the option to give negative stars, I would have done that. Have to weight 40 mins for someone to pick up. ICON CREDIT UNION was way better
