  Warning: If you have a Power of Attorney for a family member, this credit union WILL NOT RECOGNIZE your POA unless you walk into their facility. You cannot speak on behalf of the family member over the phone regarding anything, period. Just know that your frustration level, as a POA, will be at an all-time high when dealing with this credit union, in fact, you won't be able to do any business, period. Don't waste your time, go find another credit union.

  Sick of waiting 8 minutes on hold just to ask a question. Then the robo answering machine hangs up on you before you talk to anyone. If I could have answered my own question online, I would have gone that route. I don't need to hear about it 15 times while on hold.

  where do I start,first they gave me the wrong account/routing #,second they used the wrong middle names and now its been 20 days and counting waiting on my debit/credit cards and might I add I live an hour away from the bank so if I need a gallon of milk I have to drive to the bank first to get my money out! understaffed and closed on the weekends!

  Friendly and fast service, they have always treated me well and were quick to help with any issues. I've been banking with them for over 10 years.

  Have to call if you want to pull more than a grand out. Half the time the atm is empty. Its a credit union with no money

  Hi Mitch! Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced. We do have daily withdrawals limits on debit cards to protect users from potential fraud. This is standard for most financial institutions to help protect your money should your card get lost or stolen. This particular ATM is in a convenient location for folks, so it gets a lot of use.   They close early so I never have a chance to get there after work and closed on Saturdays kinda lame

We may have solutions within our mobile app or online banking that we can suggest to help meet your needs when our branch is closed. We realize it's not entirely the same as chatting face-to-face with a team member in a branch, but it does provide more 24/7 access depending on what you're wanting to do.
