  Working with Cheryl Lipp has been an effortless process. Her knowledge and empathy work well together to give you as painless a process as possible. She always made herself available and is always quick to respond to any message. She provides frequent status updates and goes out of her way to explain what is happening at every step. To a first-time home buyer like myself, this was invaluable. When circumstances arose beyond her control (technical difficulties, issues with paperwork, other departments, etc....), she went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. I have already recommended Cheryl to many of my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

  I am so glad that I found Cheryl for my first home purchase. She is very savvy about the mortgage process and how to find the best deals. Not only did she get me a better rate than competitors, but she also saved me thousands on closing costs. I felt like Cheryl was really rooting for me during the whole home purchase process.   Without going into too many details, my situation wasn't totally unique, but it did present a couple of minor obstacles. When I decided to buy a house (first time), I naturally wanted to use my personal bank for the financing. The house was a foreclosure and had been on the market for well over a year and was to be sold "as is". This is when my bank got nervous and started asking questions to my agent that had the potential to kill the deal. Recognizing the alarms, she acted quickly, suggested I not proceed any further with my bank and told me about Cheryl Lipp ... her successes and willingness to go the extra mile. After introductions, the rest is history. I cannot say enough about how Cheryl made me feel immediately comfortable and confident that everything would move forward without a hitch (although there were a couple, but not from her, nor her organizations side). However, with her knowledge, accessibility, approach to solving problems, terrific attitude, friendly demeanor ... even with the small glitches ... made the experience of buying a house a great one in the end. I've never been happier that my agent took the reigns and made the suggestion to bring Cheryl into the mix.

  Cheryl was extremely knowledgable and informative about the entire mortgage process. She kept up on every tiny little detail and snafu that we encountered during our home buying process. Even though when we would go to her office, she would have stacks and stacks of file folders on her desk, which led us to believe she was dealing with many clients, every time we would call her, she would pick up with the details of our case without losing a single beat. She went above and beyond, researching specific things for us, for example, a flood insurance issue and how we should pursue dealing with it ourselves after purchase.
