  We needed a loan for a camper trailer. We only had one business day to get it done. Staff at Horizon Credit Union in the north part of Spokane have been immensely helpful and made this sale possible! They were patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. We are so grateful for them. Specifically Meghan G. a branch manager went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!   I was extremely unhappy with customer service. I went in to open a bank account because I am new to the area. I stood there patiently waiting my turn. When I was asked to have a seat several people came to the drive through, I then was told they were unable to help me and told me I could schedule an appointment.

  Best financial institute, we have been with HZCU since 2002. And have no plans to leave, staff is great, courteous and attentive. We have had the same experiences at both Moses Lake and Deer Park branches. Thank you!
