      The Horizon Credit Union in Ephrata is truly the most trustworthy bank I have ever been to. They go out of their way to learn names and take care of each person's needs. I bought my Ford Fusion 2014 Titanium because of this bank going above and beyond to get me a loan. I have nothing bad to say about them and if you are not with Horizon Credit Union yet you should definitely look into joining.

      they don’t care about their customers or the pandemic that put almost everyone out of work. No help. Nothing. Just gimme, gimme, gimme. Theres the rest of the world is helping each other out and there’s horizon credit union. I regret working with you people. And now I’m stuck with it. Thanks for taking food off my plate while the governor won’t allow us to work.

      They lied to me about a debt not going to collections. I later spoke with branch manager joanna who refused to help the situation insisting that I should have known. I had specifically spoke to a branch employee in person and was assured the debt would "go nowhere" (her exact words). Now my credit is being ruined over a small sum of money.
