  They say buying a house is a hard and lengthy process. That in most cases it takes months and huge headache before you ever get hands on a set of keys and a house you get to call your own. THANKFULLY this was not the case for my Fiance and I in fact it was completely the opposite! With the help of Joel Martinez at Envoy Mortgage we successfully closed on our first home in what seemed to be a little over a month. The process was a breeze and thanks to Joel who put in miles of extra effort and time the process almost seemed “to easy” I can’t thank these him enough for all of his time and patience! During such a crazy time (covid) and on top of an already scary venture (home buying) this was by far the easiest task we have taken on so far!!   This was my first time buying a home and I worked with Joel Martinez. He was incredibly prompt and helpful and guided me through the whole process. It appeared that he was working beyond normal office hours and was always available to answer my questions no matter how small or silly. It was frustrating proving my financial history for my down payment due to its many sources and sometimes unconventional(cryptocurrency) means, but overall Joel and Envoy Mortgage provided exceptional service and I see myself doing business with them again in the future is should the need arise.
