  I had an issue with an account. I was told as long as I made payments to the account I would not go to collections by the assistant branch manager while in with another member of the branch staff who validated the conversation. Yet they sent me to collections and stated they no longer wanted to do business with me and then sent me an ugly piece of mail. The only thing I did wrong was follow the managements instructions and even though they knew what happened and I was told they would call me after talking to everyone involved, they didn’t care enough to follow up with me. They made a mistake. They should own it instead of letting the Customer take the fall for their bad training/information. Thanks Brandon and Loretta for throwing me under the bus instead of standing up for me.

  I've been with ICON Credit Union many, many years now Horizon. I've found nothing but professionalism, quick service, friendly staff, and people that take your best interest at heart.

  Worse Online Banking there is. It's taken 2 Weeks for Bill-Pay Checks to process and it constantly sets me up to Overdraft my checking. Management has NO DESIRE to help by Modernizing the system.. they set you up to fail & STEAL my $$ one fee at a time. Changing back to Chase Bank this weekend..

  ICON Credit Union is terrible. I tried to get a home loan through them and had so many issues. My interest rate kept going up, the PMI was high, the mortgage payments were high and I wasn't getting the loan I wanted. I was in the process of closing and I literally had to switch to another lender partway through this. When I swtiched to another lender I was able to get the loan I wanted, a 3.75% interest rate (compared to ICON's offer of 5.25%) with ICON my payments were $300 higher then my new lender and the PMI was high. I strongly recommend to stay clear of ICON. They are horrible to work with. When I would ask questions the lender made me feel like I was wasting her time. My realtor also said they did not keep her informed or return her phone calls when she would call to get an update on the loan. ICON Credit Union was horrible and wasted a lot of my time. I regret ever trying to go through them and I will not be doing any further business with them.

  Super friendly staff! I’ve always been pleased! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because their hours are horrible.

  We have had this bank for over two years now and I have never ran into a issue yet. The tellers are always polite.

  These guys are always super helpful and nice! Always strike up a good conversation with the staff and they always have answers and solutions to my questions and concerns.
