  Buying our home with Honor Mortgage was a great experience. Melissa Karner, our Mortgage Loan Professional, was attentive and transparent throughout the whole process. Melissa guided my wife and I through our first home buying experience. It went so well, we contacted her for our refi. She made this process make sense and was extremely patient with us.   Melissa was great and amazing to work with. I have an extremely busy life schedule and she was able to work around my schedule. She was very polite, informative, patient and extremely helpful. She was able to get me an amazing rate that saved me several hundred dollars a month. I have already recommended her to several family members and I would definitely recommend Honor Mortgage.   This was an absolutely wonderful experience. As first time homebuyers my husband and I were very hesitant because of all the horror stories we had heard about buying a house. This process with Carol was so simple, and we are eternally thankful to have had such a smooth process. She was extremely kind, professional, and commutative which is an important aspect of buying a home because it’s more often than not a lengthy process with a lot of paperwork. I would highly recommend working with Carol and this company.

  Melissa was amazing to work with. I had never refinanced or anything before and was a bit intimidated at first. Everything was explained to me step by step on what we would be doing and what to expect. The online portal was easy to use and a simple lay out. There wasn't a day on the process I didn't have some sort of contact or update from Melissa, whether it was "Hey can you send me these documents or upload them on the portal" or "Just waiting for the title co to set up the signing", I was always well informed. Quick, smooth, and painless (not to mention the AMAZING rate and monthly savings) the Honor Mortgage team is a go to for any mortgage needs.

  I had such a nightmare experience with the original mortgage on my home that I swore to never repeat that experience, no matter how advantageous it would be for me. But when recent mortgage rates went down so low, I bit the bullet and contacted Carol at Honor Mortgage. It was the difference between night and day! She made the process so easy, got me the lowest interest rate possible, and was there for me every step of the way. She returned my calls immediately, answered all of my questions in easy-to-understand English, and was very pleasant to work with. She knows this business inside and out, having worked in this field for many years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
