  overall honor has been great for everyday banking but during gettin HELOC credit the process has been awful. renee pike was an awful customer service representative, she wouldn't respond until I reached back out after 7 days to get answers to questions which she still didn't answer, had to use the manager Elizabeth who was awesome and helped us no issue. then they sent me the wrong card, sent a health savings card instead of a HEloc card. so I had to go in to get a new one. I'm assuming my experience is rare and I know ppl who work there and I'm sure they do good work. however I will never be getting another loan from them again.

  I had to go in to the lobby to complete my transaction (Niles location), and was SHOCKED to see employees in jeans and miscellaneous tshirt tops. It looked like they all just rolled out of bed and couldn't even be bothered to iron a shirt or brush their hair. This wasn't just one person....there were THREE who appeared that way. Perhaps I'm old school, but that is incredibly unprofessional and plain disrespectful for their employer and the public. I don't expect suits and ties, but come on--TRY to be a little more professional. Anything would be an improvement. It's no wonder you have staffing problems. Difficult to find younger people these days who actually CARE about public perception. Given the job scope and business, perhaps they need to find employment where they aren't visible to the public. PLEASE--have some pride.

  All the Staff are wonderful, its hard to jot names down when they are ALL so friendly at every branch, Niles, Benton Harbor,& St.Joseph. Makes the visit so pleasant.

  Called in for a pre approval on an auto loan. Was told I would be called back in about half an hour. Called back the NEXT afternoon after hearing nothing. Was told it was being processed and I should receive a call shortly. That was last week.
