  Shelby was amazing to work with! Answered all our questions, personable and very prompt with communication. She quickly took care of our financing needs and had resolution in just a couple days. Highly recommend Shelby and Honor CU!

  I have to say it took some time to get the loan. But it was no fault of Honor Credit union. It was the insurance company and the dealer ship that held things up. And it wasn't like it took for ever. Honor Credit union did a great job setting everything up and taking care of it. I can't say I'll be looking for a loan again. But if I do I will choose Honor first. Thank you all for a job well done

  Dave the branch manager called me when I had a few problems with my account. He was very helpful and understanding and I appreciate his professionalism and his customer service. I'm thankful that they were willing to help me with the problems I had and I would highly recommend the staff at Coloma. Their call center in berrien springs on the other hand is a different matter. I would recommend being requested to be transferred to your local branch to be treated well. Thank you again Dave

  Shelby & Russell sure do a great job taking care of their members! Had terrible experience with another lender and Powersport dealer. They got me taken care of in a short notice and took great care while doing so! Thank you both!

  I went in to get a replacement Debit Card. The process went smoothly and the CSR was very friendly. I went to the store the other day... my pass code no longer works. I have to charge everything. 😕

  I have moved out of state from Michigan to Georgia. Was not sure if I would be able to keep the bank, I have used most of my life. Shelby L., listens to my many concerns. When I call or email she is right there. She will even explain when I don’t understand certain items about a loan. Shelby was also amazing and reassuring and quick when my card was stolen and all money was drained. I was panicked and grumpy and Shelby was able to maintain and bring my confidence back that it will be okay. They have a wonderful employee and a great asset to HCU. Thank you Shelby for being a wonderful and someone to rely on with any concerns or questions!
