  Our experience with Honor Credit Union throughout the entire process of purchasing our home was pleasant. We were kept informed of everything from start to finish and if we had any questions, we felt free to call. Nichole Kabara was the one we called the most and she was so helpful. It's nice to work with people who are pleasant and have a good sense of humor. Honor Credit Union is #1 in our book. Keep up the good work.

  Don't expect to be able to call anyone at the local branch. All calls go through a central call center, and there are frequently 20+ callers in the queue in front of you. A local credit union should offer local service.

  Great and friendly service even in times like these. Covid-19 restrictions and construction. What can be worst? Yet, I could talk with real humans on the phone. Yes, real! The voice was Bonnie's.   Charged me a 20 dollar convenience fee for paying my Car payment over the phone because the credit union they want me to use is closed due to covid. When you call they say they will do anything to help in these trying times. I will definitely be refinancing with a different bank.

  This is a great organization and I have had membership for years before the name change. Headquarters is a 3 story glass and brick structure visible from 31 by pass exit 15 area which was our family homestead property. I dug the hole for the basement and wake up every morning and look south from my front door and see this monument building. Makes me proud to be part of it. Go sign up with $6 and be a voting member of Honor Credit Union.
